Sinéad is an MA graduate of Film and TV Production, DCU and a BA graduate English and History from NUI, Maynooth. Since joining the Still Films Production team in 2008 Sinéad has worked in various roles including Development, Producer, Assistant Producer, and Researcher/Production Coordinator on a number of Still Films Productions including feature documentary and transmedia project Where Were You! (Producer), short documentary Rats Island (Producer) – winner of Best in Cork at Cork Film Festival 2011 & Best Documentary Fastnet Film Festival 2011, Hidden Voices (Producer) a community outreach project with Migrants Rights Centre, Dublin, IFTA nominated feature documentary Pyjama Girls (Assistant Producer), & artist film Rialto Twirlers (Assistant Producer).

Sinéad also runs the Darklight Film Festival, an Arts Council funded organisation specialising in independent, DIY and artist films. As well as organising and coordinating all aspects of the Darklight Festival & touring and education programme, Sinéad liaises with Festival Director Nicky Gogan to assist with Programming of events and in securing funding from Private and Public Sectors.

Previous to working with Still Films & Darklight Sinéad worked with Earth Horizons Productions on their environmental themed magazine show EcoEye as Production Coordinator / Researcher and Ikandi Productions on the Irish language documentary Soviet na hEireann for TG4 as Production Coordinator / Researcher.
